Direct Part Marking

Direct Part Marking is a process by means of which permanent barcode marks are inscribed onto parts, products, or other objects. Most common methods of application: laser and chemical etching, dot peening and ink jet printing. Certain scanners such as the DS3678-DP and MT2090-DP can decode DPM barcodes.
